Analyst, Customer Service Mandaluyong City (National Capital Reg) Responsibilities:

Generate data for reports to support Customer Service department in efficiently conducting their jobs. Reports can be but not limited to the following: Marketing Net Available, On-time Delivery Reports, TSO Reports, etc.

Create reports as required by customers or the Customer Service department to track customers sales and CSR performance.

Analyze and presents data as generated from the given database to both internal and external customers.

Creates special reports as requested by customers.

Act as back-up on different operations planning activities when needed.

Other tasks and responsibilities which may be assigned by immediate superior.
Requirements:

Must be a college graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business
-
No prior work experience is required but previous work in a similar function and/or industry is an advantage.

Good oral and written English communication skills.
-
Experience is different avenues of databases such as Oracle and AS400 is a plus.
-
Background in MS Access is an advantage.
