Engineer Mandaluyong City (National Capital Reg) Responsibilities:

Attend to Technical Inquiries thru phone, email, and fax that involve start-up assistance, troubleshooting, programming and general product inquiries for pre-sales and after sales on variable speed and after-market support for motor.

Proper, accurate, and timely information processing

Utilizes laboratory resources to walkthrough customers and verify symptoms and issues.

Builds a useful customer profile database. Ensure required information is entered into central database pertaining to customer issues or requests.

Individual case management based on client agreement.

Escalates technical or non-technical problems that are unable to be resolved on the spot to proper escalation channel.

Flags up personal training requirements, demos and modules, needed for simulation to immediate supervisor.

Create special projects like training or laboratory materials.
-
Coach junior engineers on the Accuracy and Handling of the calls.

Advise junior engineers on the processes and procedures of the supports.
-
Adheres to client's defined processes & procedures and company policies.
-
Adheres to support workflow are requirements to achieve Service Level Agreements.

Coordinates with various functional groups for team requirements and issues.
Requirements:
-
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.

At least 1 year experience on VFD troubleshooting and Programming.

At least 1 year working experience related to motor electrical and mechanical fields.
-
At least 6 months experience working with customers of varied technical knowledge and business needs.

Willing to work on a permanent night shift schedule.
