Tutors Management Assistant
PHP 14000 - 15000 Monthly
Makati City (National Capital Reg) - Robinsons Summit Center, Ayala Avenue


The duty of the tutors’ management assistant is to assist the Tutors’ Management staff in accomplishing the following tasks:
·         Cancelling lessons when tutors have problems
·         Checking the performance of tutors (e.g. schedule adherence)
·         Managing the schedule of tutors to ensure enough lessons are provided daily
·         Answering the tutors’ inquiries (through Skype, email or SMS)
·         Being an aid to the tutors for whatever concerns they may have that are related to their services for UNHoop
·         Being an aid to the customer support whenever they have concerns regarding the tutors (e.g. cancellation or transferring of lessons, contacting tutors)
·         Develop ideas for the improvement of the Tutors’ Management Department
·         Accomplishing tasks for the company.
·         Calculating the trainees and tutors’ salary. Releasing of salary, contracts and ATMs.
·         Preparing the 2307 forms of tutors


  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • 2 Full-Time position(s) available
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
  • Good command of the english language.
  • Adaptive. must be able to work well with people of different culture.
  • Detail-oriented
  • Works accurately and organized.
  • Ability to keep information confidential.
  • Strong time management skills.
  •  Has good personality, hardworking, trustworthy and patient. Has a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Has knowledge in the use of basic MS Office programs (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Required language(s): English, Filipino (Japanese speaking is an advantage)
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Robinsons Summit Center,Ayala Avenue.
  • Can commit to working for at least 1 year
  • Should be willing to work in Makati from 1PM to 10PM and from 3PM to 12MN.
