Internet Marketing Director
Bicol Region - Daraga, Albay
Responsibilities:

Manage and develop teams and oversee team operations

Create and implement training plans that align to goals of new projects

Develops Process and Metrics to ensure quality and performance at all levels (individual, team and Process)

Daily analysis of metrics to ensure performance while continually seeking ways to improve efficiency and quality

Willingness to work flexible hours

Quick turnaround times on projects and drive to deliver quality work on time
Requirements:

Energetic self-starter with a positive attitude that is able to work independently and with limited supervision to achieve goals

Has a lot of experience with reporting on metrics, developing metrics and setting up processes that align with company goals

Strong performance management skills

High proficiency in analysis and problem-solving skills. Thinks out of the box and comes up with solutions quickly.

Detail-oriented; able to proactively identify and address difficult and complex issues

People management/performance management skills are required
