Assist customers regarding technicalities of mobile phones.
Provide client support and technical issue resolution
Configure/navigate customers' mobile handset (Smartphones)
Configure software to connect to Internet application servers
Promptly answer support-related email, phone calls and other
Provide excellent customer service to clients both internal and external.
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Atleast 5'4" with pleasing personality.
Advance knowledge with High-end mobile phones (iPhone 4S, Android Phones, Blackberry)
Candidates must be excellent in navigating computer systems
Candidates must have an extensive background in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized
