Ability to handle work such as answer telephone and transfer or take massage, managing & sorting the in / out faxing emails and letters, maintains office records, filing and reference , provide interpretation services, maintain schedules and calendars and appointments arrangements.
Managing and maintaining director’s schedule like preparing agenda for meetings and appointments, incoming and out coming documents and keeping records.
Should be honest and trustworthy, be respectful possess ,be flexible and cultural awareness and sensitivity
Ability to work under pressure and understanding teamwork aspects.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Secretarial or any field.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
Must be willing to work in Makati.
