The 18th year old company was established last March 1, 1993. It started its operations in the CAMANAVA areaas of North Manila. After six months, it expanded the operation to Quezon City & Bulacan Province in 1999. In 2008, JR & R was awarded the distributorship in Manila, Taguig, Paranaque, Cavite, Las Pinas, Islands of Mindoro & Palawan.

  • Monitor staffing in the organization based from the approved Plantilla.
  • Administer and monitor the recruitment and selection process to assure timely and thorough completion.
  • Attends Job fair and ensure on time sourcing of applicants.
  • Analyze hiring and turnover data to identify areas for improvement in recruitment and retention of employees
  • Assists in the implementation of recruitment, selection placement plans and programs, sourcing and selection of new employees; internal and external placement of employees
  • Apply all necessary policies and procedures to promote effective communication between management & staff and to encourage harmonious industrial relations.
  • Initiates coaching & counseling of problematic erring employees.
  • Assists in the design, conceptualization, implementation and evaluation of ER programs
  • Support manager/supervisor at disciplinary or grievance hearings, or in the event of collective disputes or industrial action.
  • In charge of the facilitation of Incident reports and ensure that schedule of due process are conducted on time.
  • Initiates coaching & counseling of problematic erring employees.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy of timekeeping vs Masterlist records.
  • Ensures adherence to all company policies, processes, procedures formulated by the Management to ensure that all actions or tasks perform is in line with the company goal and objectives.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or any behavioral science graduate.
  • Male or Female, not more than 30 y/o
  • Can communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work in a team as well as individually
  • Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines and target
  • Should be quick to answer queries and take action to resolve employee concerns
  • Multitasking and can endure the work pressure at times
  • Should have the ability to appropriately plan and organize; administer and prioritize; monitor and evaluate the work flow of projects and activities.
  • Ability to make decisions and take appropriate actions.
  • Should be organized & confident
  • Flexible in order to adapt to changes in work environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including e-mail, power point and MS word & Excell
  • Ability to work in an office setting
  • Position may require extended hours including evenings and weekends, travel to multiple work sites.
