Executive Assistant (2GO Express)
National Capital Reg - Pasay

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assisting the Vice President on all official and/or business related activities.
  • Preparation of coordination letters for business support visitors, as needed.
  • Coordination and/or reservation of rooms and other materials for business support meeting, as need.
  • Facilitate sending and receiving faxed documents to business support team.
  • Coordinate ordering of food during team meetings.
  • Reminding and monitoring of janitors to ensure that business support areas are cleaned and maintained.
  • Routing of business support team reimbursements and liquidations to finance, as needed.
  • Coordination of business support plane tickets and accommodation during branch trips and out of town travel.
  • Minute taking during business support meetings, as well as distribution of the same .
  • Prepares summary report of liquidations made on online cash advance system & forwards to finance for replenishment
  • Records business support presmats and reports.
  • Manages communications room.
  • Manages and schedules the appointments and activities of the VP.
  • Other duties that may be assigned.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • Required skill(s): Computer Proficiency, Business Knowledge, Communication Skills.
  • Required language(s): English, Filipino
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent. Job role in Management or Secretary/Personal Assistant.
