We are in need of:
Responsible for the management of human resources: for the development and supervision of supervisory and/or HR staff including hiring, training, and performance management. Primary duties typically include complete oversight and implementation of HR projects, policies, and procedures, managing and evaluating recruitment and selection processes, implementing policies and procedures, managing employee relations issues and investigations, researching and analyzing HR issues and recommending solutions to management, and ensuring that all departmental HR practices are in compliance with appropriate labor laws.
Female, Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Human Resources or related field
At least 40 years old but not more than 50 years old
Masters Degree in Psychology is a plus but not necessary
With at least five years experience in managerial position
With extensive knowledge/experience on labor laws, positive employee relations and HR practices including recruitment and placement, company policies & procedure formulation & implementation, compensation and benefits, salary structuring, job evaluation, Industrial and Employee Relations, Training and Development.
Well versed in Computer application
Has good managerial skills, effective Leadership Skills and able to work under pressure
Excellent in verbal and written communication skills
Fast, Result Oriented & with good interpersonal skills
