Human Resources Officer with BPO/Call Center Experience

Requirements:

Shake BPO requires the services of an experienced HR Officer to join our dynamic team. We are still in start-up and our growth plans will provide great opportunity for expansion, for the right person. You must possess the following attributes:
 
  • 3 years experience in the role (or similar) within the BPO/Call Center industry.
  • Have excellent English communication skills.
  • Have a thorough understanding of the Labor Code & Government requirements.
  • Experienced in processing employee compensation and benefits.
  • Experienced in developing & enforcing HR policies & procedures.
  • Experienced in managing employee assessment, development & retention. 
  • Prepared to work day shift working hours.
  • Prepared to grow with the company.
  • Have a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Be flexible in your approach to everyday tasks.
  • Have a fun, outgoing, approachable personality.
