Human Resource Supervisor and Administrative Supervisor
National Capital Reg - Timog Avenue, Quezon City


  • Assist the Assistant Human Resource Manager from start to end processing of Recruitment, Promotion and Placement, Benefits Administration, Employee and  Labor Relations and Discipline, Welfare and Benefits, Personnel Information System, Records Management, Promo Administration, Training and Development.
  • Prepares and submit HR reports & updates, letters & memoranda.
  • Coordinates the Company’s Christmas program, Awards, Company Anniversary and other major programs.
  • Other tasks that may be assigned by the Assistant Human Resource Manager and the Operations Manager.
Job Requirement
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Male or Female, 22-30 years old ;
  • Required skill (s) :  must be computer literate, can do multi-tasking.
  • Required language(s): English, Filipino
  • At least 1- 4 year(s) of working experience as an HR Supervisor / Assistant .
  • Must have an extensive work experience in Human Resource focusing on Recruitment, Employee & Labor Relations, Benefits Administration, Personnel Information System, Records Management.

Job Summary:
  • Performs the supervisory administrative function which involves assigning, coordinating, and reviewing the work of all subordinate personnel.  Establishes procedures, practices, and work methods to increase work unit effectiveness and efficiency;
Job Description:
  • Supervise the work of drivers, messenger, administrative, or customer service employees to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures.
  • Plans and organizes clerical support activities.
  • Develops and maintains administrative database and monitor other record management activities.
  • Monitor and maintain records pertain to inventory, vehicle maintenance, office equipments and requisition or purchase supplies as needed.
  • In charge in monitoring and monthly reports of water, electrical consumption, vehicles gasoline consumption, photocopier consumption
  • Coordinate with building maintenance personnel and security personnel
  • In charge in monitoring of all administrative forms, contract and permits pertains to preventive maintenance of the building, company equipments and vehicles maintenance
  • In charge in assigning vehicles and driver to requesting department.
  • Supervise utility personnel in their housekeeping, see to it that cleanliness and orderliness are properly maintained
  • Responsible in scheduling of daily errands of messenger, utility and drivers.
  • Performs other task/s that may be assigned from time to time.


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Filipino
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Timog Avenue,Quezon City.
  • Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in  Administration, Clerical, Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
