Isabela (Cagayan Valley) - Cauayan City
As the Leasing Manager, expect that your creativity will need to be at work as you build strategies to fill out the tenants of your mall assignment. You will not only be required to fill out the tenants but your mall should have the best tenant mix that will attract consumers in your area.
This will include but not limited to the ff.:
Conceptualize, develop and create strategies, policies, projects and procedures that will increase, improve, and maximize tenant occupancy of the malls
Review, analyze, propose and advise management and tenants on product/service mix concepts, construction requirements and compliance to contractual obligations
Oversee the administration and integration of sales and marketing functions in order to ensure improvement of the performance of tenants, tenancy and leasing operations for the purpose of actualizing target rental income budget and planned occupancy levels
Achieve tenant satisfaction within the limits and conditions provided by the mall management and other related regulations, company policies and procedures, convention and practices that have been established
Leasing Managers must be a bachelor's degree graduate of business administration, marketing, economics, communication, retail, real estate, fashion or any other related course.
Atleast 5 years’ experience in leasing, real estate, retail, fashion, sales & marketing, hospitality, food or any other related work - preferably from an international / high end brand.
Leasing Managers may not have any direct experience with the job as they will receive on-the-job training to learn the specific policies and procedures of the company.
Candidates must be willing to be assigned in Cauayan City, Isabela.
