CUSTOMER SERVICES ASSISTANT - SM CITY ILOILO
Performs receptionist functions including but not limited to:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Receive calls from clients/suppliers/partners and transfer to appropriate department/person
- Take down messages and relay them to the appropriate department/person
- Assist tenants and customers with their queries/concerns
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- With pleasing personality and good communication skills.
- Well organized; can work with minimal supervision.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Iloilo City.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
