HR Manager’s Primary Responsibilities:
  • ·         Coordinates employment related functions, such as interviewing, hiring, orientation, etc.
  • ·         Coordinates/administers compensation/benefits programs
  • ·         Administers the job description & performance evaluation process
  • ·         Coordinates/administers various employee relations initiatives
  • ·         Manages time and attendance and coordinates payroll management with outsource provider
  • ·         Responsible for ensuring compliance with mBank’s handbook, policies, and code of conduct
  • ·         Serves as a resource to managers and employees for (disciplinary action, dispute resolution, etc.)
  • ·         Ensures compliance with applicable employment laws
  • ·         Completion of Human Resources / Business/ Office projects as assigned.


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
  • Required skill(s): fluent English, solid computer skills, Knowledge in Employment Laws.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Makati and travel to regions on demand.
