Audit and Compliance Manager (BPO/Call Center) Taguig City (National Capital Reg) - 4th Flr. Market! Market! Mall BGC Taguig City
Responsible for ensuring all programs adhere to the defined organization standard through internal audit.
Reviews account/department documentations and conducts interviews in accordance to organization standard, SCCP requirement, and contractual obligation
Conducts audit result read-outs for each of the account/department
Follows-up closure of the open action items
Consolidates site and UCC audit results
Reviews Process Deviation Requests
Coordinates with external company certifications e.g. COPC, BS7799/ISO27001
Serves as flex capacity for implementation team
At least 2 years related work experience
Solid operational background
