Responsibilities:
  • Dealing with all calls politely, courteously, professionally & assertively
  • Engages one's self in a professional yet friendly conversation in order to build rapport
  • Understanding the customers’ needs through effective listening and questioning skills
  • Matching customers’ needs to Clients’ products and services
  • Provide the best solution possible in order to settle dispute and/or problems
  • Adhering to agreed processes, meeting required work standards, targets and objectives

  • 18 years old
  • Filipino Citizen or held relevant status
  • Finished at least 2 years in college (Any course)
  • Must possess excellent customer service and problem solving skills
  • Positive, driven, and should be a team-player
  • Computer proficient and internet-savvy
  • Willing to work on graveyard and/or shifting schedules
  • Must be willing to work in our office at Alabang
  • Call center experience is preferred but not required
  • High School or College Undergraduate are welcome to apply
