BANCO DIPOLOG, INC., formerly the Rural Bank of Dipolog, was conceived and hatched as an idea for community service way back in 1957 when the late Justice Florentino Saguin retired after serving the government in various capacities. The bank opened its doors to the public on November 2, 1957 with its network of just a single branch.
That early, BancoDipolog was seen as an industry innovator, and eventually persevered as such over the years.
BancoDipolog, being incorporated on October 8, 1957, came out as the first bank established in Dipolog City. It was organized for the purpose of carrying and engaging in business of extending rural credit to small farmers and tenants and to deserving industries and enterprises; and with only three employees.
As BancoDipolog entered the late 90s, it recognized the need to address the changing face of the market and the industry. As the bank continued to go on with its journey, with accomplishments being made one leap at a time until in 1998, it opened up 5 branches in various locations within Zamboanga Peninsula, namely: Dapitan and Sindangan Branches (1998), Ipil Branch (2006), and Pagadian Branch (2008); and in May 2012, BancoDipolog brought in its products and services in the Visayas specifically in Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental.
As a company that strategically schemes and applies the results of thorough market research, BancoDipolog moves toward the bolstering of marketing efforts in generating more prospects for continued success. It has surpassed five decades of experience in the safe handling of funds, and pledges to continue to apprise them of the strategic goals to achieve sustained long-term profitability. Safe cost-cutting systems will also be developed to obviate the need for some routine expenditures.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
Required skill(s): must have undergone a specialized managerial training for at least 1 year, strong leadership attitude and can work under pressure, MS Office.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
