We are looking for:

Office Assistant
Manila City (National Capital Reg)

Responsibilities:

Responsibilites include but are not limited to:
  • Encoding data, preparing documents and updating records using MS Office and other pertinent software.
  • Managing and procuring office supplies.
  • Answering and making phone calls.
  • Filing and managing documents to ensure organization.
  • Carrying out basic accounting tasks.
  • Performing other administrative as needed.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should preferably be 21-25 years old.
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants will be given priority.
  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Knowledgeable in Windows OS and MS Office.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Should be hardworking, patient and results-oriented.
  • 2 Full-Time position(s) available.
