Contact registrations/leads daily and convert them into new active users
Describe the product benefits and any special offers
Explain how these may benefit customers personally
Persuade customers to complete registrations and make a first deposit
Gather and document information about the customer
Update the CRM system with all relevant customer information, including dates for follow up calls
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational/Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
Must be fluent inEnglish and one of these languages:
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
Must be willing to work on graveyard and shifting schedule.
Applicants must be willing to work in The Fort Taguig.
