National Capital Reg - PASIG CITY


  • Manages and oversees the day-to-day administrative support activities
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion over sensitive documents.
  • Take minutes at weekly and monthly meetings.
  • Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences and travel.
  • Preparation and distribution of reports, executive summaries, presentations and papers for meetings.
  • Provide efficient administrative and clerical support to the Management.


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
  • Preferably with Finance/ Accounting background
  • Quick learner and willing to learn new things as well.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Outlook).
  • Keen attention to details, excellent organizational skills
  • Preferably 2 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
  • Can start immediately.

We are also looking for possible candidates for Chief Accountant, Accountants, Sales Coordinators , Sales Administration Assistant and Warehousemen
