  • Ensures that personnel requirements are timely addressed.
  • Coordinates with the department heads in reviewing their department structure and personnel requirements
  • Ensures that necessary selection tools are in place.
  • Develop and implement control procedures in documenting the hiring process.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Ensures that the compensation and benefits program of the company, both company-initiated and government-mandated, is properly administered.
  • Review and update salary structure as needed in compliance with law, to promote internal equity, and maintain industry competitiveness.
  • Ensure proper documentation is followed when processing benefit requests of employees.
  • Maintains effective records/information management system of employees and keep it updated, confidential and accurate at all times with particular reference to employee movements like regularization, promotion, salary increase, transfer, and separation.
Learning and Development
  • Develop appropriate training programs that will instill the organizational culture based on AEON’s corporate principles and consequently enhance the employee's behavioral and technical competencies.
  • Coordinate with department heads in identifying employee’s training needs.
  • Facilitate conduct of training programs through internal or external sources and ensure training records are maintained for every employee.
  • Develop and update orientation programs for newly hired/promoted employees.
Performance Management
  • Develop and implement a performance management system to monitor employee performance.
  • Orient managers on the policies and procedures implementing the performance management system.
Employee Welfare
  • Plan and organize company-sponsored activities to promote employee well-being, harmony, and organizational culture.
  • Develop employee recognition and rewards program.
Employee Discipline
  • Monitor employee's compliance with company rules and regulations.
  • Issue Corrective Action Forms and conduct coaching and counseling to concerned employees.
  • Implement separation procedures compliant to law.
HR Services
  • Ensures that all expatriates and deployed employees have the necessary work permits


  • Must have had operations and policy development experience in recruitment, compensation and benefits, learning and development, performance management, employee discipline and termination, employee welfare, and visa processing.
  • Must have at least five years HR managerial experience, preferably in the information technology industry.
