We are looking for highly motivated people for the postion of:

Sales & Operations Supervisor
Makati City (National Capital Reg)

Responsibilities:

The position is responsible for managing the entire sales process/funnel from active lead generation to closing contracts and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships.
 
Lead Generation
  • Building a network and maintaining performance of junior sales team targets.
 
Sales Target Achievement
  • Sell products and responsible for achieving the sales/volume forecast
  • Create proposals and conduct Sales calls
  • Manage entire sales process/funnel (from initial communication to account maintenance)
  • Define, finalize, meet or exceed targets
  • Keep abreast of competitors' services and information
  • Continually provide standard level of experience across all clients
 
Planning and Forecasting
  • Plan, manage and coordinate all advertising and promotional activities of Full Suite
  • Responsible for monitoring returns & incentives on the activities
  • Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information to create action plans and materials that are effective based on the data
  • Develop and implement sales plans and projects for existing and new services including promotions
  • Determine and manage the sales budget
 
Communication and Client Handling & Feedback
  • Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance
  • Maintain contact with all clients to ensure continued high levels of client satisfaction
  • Remain up to date on procedures and requirements of all services
 
Review of Packages/Services/Rates
  • Occasionally review offerings, packages and rates
  • Coordinate with different departments regarding flow, procedure and SOPs
  • Review margins to achieve targets
  • Continually ensure affordability to target market
 
Relationships:
 
With Management
  • Provide regular status updates of identified tasks
 
With Clients
  • Receive and coordinate all requests
 
With Finance Department
  • Coordinate regarding Finance services and other Finance-related matters such as billing, issuing provisional and official receipts, collection when necessary, filing of taxes, issuance and collection of 2307, etc.
 
With HR Department
  • Coordinate regarding HR services and other HR-related matters in the fulfillment of the role such as preparation of templates
 
With Administration Department
  • Coordinate regarding Admin. Services and other Admin-related matters in the fulfillment of the role
 
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent
  • Must be willing to be based in Makati City.  Travel is expected of the role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with good command of English
  • Has initiative, high energy level, focus and willing to learn

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Mass Communications, Textile/Fashion Design, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): organization and planning, problem analysis and problem solving, leadership abilities, Formal Presentation Skills.
  • Required language(s): English, Filipino
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
  • 5 Full-Time position(s) available.
