Key Accounts Manager for Derma
National Capital Reg - Taguig City

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees key medical spas in the aspect of sales, operation, and promotional activities
  • Builds and develops new medical spa accounts and existing Medical Spas/aesthetic centers which have the potential to drive growth of the business
  • Develops and implements business plan/marketing programs targeted to MedSpa
  • Responsible for development of MDs, Emerging Opinion Leaders as well as Key Opinion Leaders to serve as product advocates.
  • Trains, develops, and evaluates outsourced manpower performance including push girls, merchandisers, and casuals needed for any medical spa marketing activities.
  • Recommends strategic and tactical programs which will enhance partnership and open opportunities with target market.
  • Recommends appropriate TTS (trade terms structure) which is acceptable to all stakeholders.
  • Manages pipelining, returns, sell-in and inventory of covered medical spas
  • Timely reporting and gathering of market information concerning competitors, market situation and utilize information to improve sales and marketing activities,
  • Coordinates with the cross-functional team (Derma and Pedia/Derma sales term, Marketing and Distribution and CME)   in planning and execution of marketing plans

Requirements:

  • Graduate of business or science related courses.
  • With at least 3-5 years of related work experience in retail/trade selling handling derma products in a multi-national company; a year of which in a supervisory level.
  • With proven track record in sales.
  • With excellent networking skills as proven by his familiarity and strong relationship with medical spas and aesthetic centers
  • Possesses very good communication & interpersonal abilities.
  • Highly analytical &with strong business acumen.
