Responsibilities:
1.Training Program Implementation

2. Monitoring of Training Effectiveness and Follow-up

3. Administrative and Operational Efficiency

4.Submits the following reports:

5. Training Feedback Report

6. Weekly Workplan

7. Weekly Project List

8. Other reports that may be required 

Requirements: 1. Graduate of any 4-year course

2. Have at least two (2) years experience in training facilitation/teaching

3. Should not have worked in any more than two companies in the last 6 years

4. Proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint, Word and Excel
