Recruitment and Selection Specialist
Central Visayas

Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of and ability to administer and interpret various psychological tests such as those pertaining to mental ability, personality inventory, skills and aptitude, interests, and career potentials used in pre-employment selection, competency assessments, gauging of employee potentials for promotion and HR Development.
  • Ability to identify candidates who will be successful in the Company using competency-based interviewing and selection processes and techniques 
  • Ability to effectively use HR assessment tools and techniques including data gathering, performance measurement, test and evaluation, etc.; and develop, establish or implement HR metrics to determine effectiveness of HR strategies & initiatives.
  • Ability to develop sourcing, branding and marketing strategies to achieve a wider talent reach, attract needed talent, retain and engage those who pass screening and selection.
  • Ability to understand and apply knowledge of HR concepts, principles, and practices related to identifying, sourcing, attracting, and selecting individuals and placing them into positions to address the organization’s staffing needs.
  • Ability to understand and apply knowledge of HR concepts, principles, and metrics to determine manpower projections, headcount needs, and competency gaps to address human capital needs and achieve organizational goals.
  • Ability to plan and organize work to deliver on commitments in a timely, orderly, effective and efficient manner.
  • Ability to anticipate the implications and consequence of situations and taking appropriate action to be prepared for possible contingencies.
  • Ensures that QGBM Standards related to HD and Operations department are followed and practiced in every program
  • Creates a final audit report with recommendations for the CCM
  • Reviews all actions and deliverables completed during the project for the site
  • If a new client is interested on the specific support for the HD and Operations department, the specialist should be able to explain functions and operations standards during sales presentations
 
 
 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Business Management Major in Human Resources or any related field
  • At least 1 year work experience in the Recruitment, Selection & Placement function
  • Proficient in English
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and logical thinking skills
  • Focused on meeting goals and objectives
  • Ability to multitask and maintain effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work tasks or the work environment
  • Creative, Innovative, Pro-active, and Intuitive
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Has good leadership and command skills
  • Excellent in MS Applications (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
  • Has good reporting skills and able to cope with a remote kind of management
  • Willing to travel for project implementations and troubleshooting
