Responsibilities:

  • Functions as the primary point of contact in driving strong client relationship for a specific account


  • Manages client concerns and work hand in hand with Operations and other internal groups in order to drive client satisfaction


  • Increases complete awareness and knowledge of client’s business processes and policies to match and achieve the organization's initiatives


  • Accountable for the overall performance of the account including profit and revenues of the specific program


  • Implements and drives operational strategies and business initiatives

Requirements:

  • Graduate of any course
  • 4 yrs. experience in directly dealing with BPO clients
  • 4 yrs. managerial experience in a BPO environment
  • Strong account management, analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strategic client relationship handling skills
  • Strong leadership skills
