  • Helps develop and implement better administratrative changes, like operating of xerox machine and maintaining cleanliness in common areas, scrap sales, safety and security and utilities.
  • Recommends revision in the systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record keeping systems, forms control, budgetary, and personnel requirements.
  • Resolves administrative problems by coordinating meetings, preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
  • Provides information by answering questions and requests of other departments within the company and identified outside institutions.
  • Assists in coordinating Commissary requirements with ither departments in the company including but not limited to calling repairs for equipment and storages and even office equipment.
  • Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting order for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling, monitoring and assigning administrative projects; espediting work results.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by continuous personal learning and establishing personal networks.
  • Coordinates with HR the Commissary's administrative requirements, including concerns on regular personnel and Cooperative.
  • Acts as custodian for the Commissary petty cash, issues and replenishes upon approval of the commissary head.
  • Assists in other administrative requirement of the Commissary as regularly and as occassionally needed.


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Filipino
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
