Customer Relations Staff is responsible in processing orders of Chinese IBOs, ensures timely and efficient cashiering, release of commissions, processing of applications, and inquiry services to IBOs in assigned ADC areas. Prepares deposit slips including summary and breakdown of daily transactions for bank remittance, prepares daily sales report and transmits same to finance department, issues delivery notes and official receipts to IBOs.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
Required language(s): Chinese; Mandarin or Fookien
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in customer service in a consumer product industry is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
Must be hardworking, honest, responsible, high attention to details, and with solid time management skills.
Must have good communication skills.
Must be willing to be based in Amway Distributor Center in Shaw Boulevard.
