  • Updates aspect for real time exception
  • Flagging the AM’s & SME’s in the OPS floor
  • Maintain Real time reports (Client attendance, level initiated mails, absenteeism report)


  • Graduate of any Bachelors Degree with at least 2 years of working experience in the related field
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Cebu City.
  • Must have a solid experience as a Reports Analyst.
  • Full-Time positions available.
