Customer Service Supervisor / Team Leader for Delivery System
Makati City (National Capital Reg), Mandaluyong City (National Capital Reg), Pasig City (National Capital Reg)

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Food & Beverage Services Management, Mass Communications, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • Exposure in delivery systems of casual dining restaurant or food chain is also an advantage.
  • Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Applicants must be willing to work on shifting / night schedules.
  • Coaching skills is an advantage. 
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
