An international company in Makati and we are looking for a technical support engineer that can do work effectively and efficiently.

National Capital Reg - Makati City


  • Perform day-to-day support and assist operations, development and quality assurance team with debugging system issues.
  • Provide technical services for all components relating to infrastructure which includes several server platform
  • Do hardware and software fault isolation, repairs, upgrades, installation and configuration management which include the following tasks:
·   Supporting windows servers, installation, configuration and upgrading
·   Troubleshooting server problem that may arise (hardware or software issues)
·   Network monitoring, maintaining and troubleshooting most specially during downtime
·   Carry out accurate problem analysis and system recovery for servers (OS) when required
·   Find, analyse, troubleshoot and resolve client issues in frontend and backend systems
  • Facilitate communication between technology teams and other departments on issue status and resolution.
  • Taking ownership of technical issues and working with other department group to resolve more advance issues when necessary
  • Monitor, report and document system and performance issues
  • Performs other duties and special projects as assigned
  • Provide top level support to the company and come out with idea to improve existing technology and services.


  • At least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 2 years experience
  • Solid experience in LAN, WAN, DNS, DHCP, network protocols security practice.
  • Experience in system administration, configuration and management of Windows platforms.
  • Experience in basic hardware support for IBM and Dell servers.
  • Solid problem solving and management skills
  • In-depth understanding of computer components and networking devices
  • Ability to troubleshoot highly complex technical problems using standard troubleshooting procedures
  • Must be alert and can decide accurately under pressure
  • Can work with minimum supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal and Good command of spoken and written English
  • 7x24 on shift schedules
