Recruitment Coordinator
National Capital Reg - Makati City

Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative support throughout the full cycle of the recruitment process, including: sourcing resumes, data entry of applications into the tracking system, scheduling interviews, prescreening candidates via phone, and verifying compliance documents.
  • Works collaboratively with other Coordinators and management at multiple locations globally.
  • Updates database system regularly and according to guidelines, provides feedback or suggestions for process improvements.
  • Processes systematic background checks
  • Liaise with operations on the approval process for candidates requiring further interviews
  • Perform other duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any of the following: Airline Operation/Airport Management, Maritime Studies, Psychology, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  •   1-2 years of Customer Service experience.
  •   Hospitality or cruise ship experience is preferred
  •   Above average verbal and written communication skills in English.  Ability to clearly understand, and articulate ideas and instructions over the phone and in writing.  Pleasant and clear voice over the phone.  A consistent, self-motivated and natural positive demeanor is essential.
  •   Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn applicable immigration and visa requirements related to seafarers in various geographical areas.
  •  Knowledge or ability to quickly learn general shipboard functions on a cruise ship, and the general concept of the shipboard organization. 
  •  Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing, to resolve problems and negotiate resolutions in a multinational environment consisting of department heads, managers, coworkers, shipboard employees and outside vendors. 
  •  Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City
  • Willing to work in shifting schedule
