CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT ( SM AURA - BONIFACIO GLOBAL CITY)
National Capital Reg

Responsibilities:

The Customer Service Assistant is responsible in providing knowlegdeable and efficient service at the reception area.

1. Receives all incoming telephone messages and accurately and promptly relays to the concerned; ensures that there is no leakage of classified information.

2. Maintains logbook and issues visitor's pass, work permits, gate, entry and tempo passes, IDs and other forms usually requested by tenants

3. Keeps and updates telephone numbers, contact persons and authorized signatories of tenants.

4. Replenishes and safekeeps all administrative forms for use.

5. Releasing and filing of tenants work permits.



Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
