The Analyst – Implementation manages the set-up of new U.S. based payroll clients (business-to-business) into ADP’s payroll systems.  This role performs a thorough verification of data and data encoding to ensure efficient and accurate set-up and successful transition to the Implementation Associates. The role may be required to conduct OB calls to further validate or confirm information to complete the set-up with Implementation specialists verbally and through written communication. Most communication will be done through Clarify and email but some may require phone conversations.
Implementation is expected to score 85% on implementation quality surveys or expectation determined by the business Unit. Outbound call quality is measured via call mentoring.
Manage the setup of the payroll, tax and billing systems with timely, accurate output with productivity matching 4.5 completed conversions per week or expectation determined by the Business Unit.
Turn-around time to complete set-up, accuracy of data encoding, productivity and conversion rate.


  • Graduate of business discipline or work related experience preferred.
  • 1-2years high volume, problem resolution, client services experience.
  • PC navigation skills.
  • U.S. payroll knowledge is a preferred.
  • Communication Skills based on hiring assessment requirement.
  • Must be willing and able to start on June 10, 2013.
