If you are:
 
  • Bachelor’s Degree graduate in any course, advanced units preferable but not required
  • With at least one (1) year experience in a contact center environment, preferably with supervisory background


 
 Confident to do the following:
 
  • Plan, lead, organize, and coordinate the team performance to ensure customer’s needs are met and deliver the client’s and company’s goals based on agreed service levels
