Responsibilities:
  • Receiving end user calls
  • Provide first level resolutions
  • Ticket creation/Categorization / Prioritization
  • Ticket escalation to respective Support Group
  • Incident resolution and recovery
  • Ticket Closure.


Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree preferably in Information Technology/Computer Science.
  • Required language(s): English
  • Fres graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Mckinley Hills Taguig.
