Since the commencement of its business operations, WHEELTEK remains successful, reliable and proud distributor of the four giant motorcycle brands; the Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki and Honda which all originated in Japan.
 
And now, has become the exclusive dealer of TVS Motorcycle in the Philippines, the third largest manufacturer of two-wheel motorcycle in India.
 
In December 2011, WHEELTEK launched the “PWR 100% towards the Culture of Perfection” a corporate slogan campaign which aim to reach 200 branches within 2014, this is the coming year when WHEELTEK MOTOR SALES CORPORATION will celebrate its 40th year anniversary of more successes and accomplishments.

COLLECTION MANAGER
Calabarzon & Mimaropa, Central Visayas, National Capital Reg

Responsibilities:

  • Provides direction and supervision to collection department head/staff.
  • Determine customer credit capacity and authorize extension of credit.
  • Routinely perform financial analysis on customers, competitors and vendors; interpret and communicate findings.
  • Obtains sensitive customer information, reconciling customer accounts, updating collection activity, and presenting account research/history results.
  • Reviews customer sales contracts and approve terms of sale.
  • Prepares data showing collection activities and status of accounts.
  • Frequently communicates with Sales & Marketing and Collection Department on the status of client accounts or the credit classification of prospective clients.
  • Assists the subordinates with the activities of collection for the hard cases.
  • Analyze delinquent accounts and prepare report on highest risk accounts including recommendations for resolution.
  • Analyzes customers’ billing/payment currencies.
  • Conducts comprehensive reviews and detailed analysis to identify credit worthiness and appropriate collection lines following established company policies and procedures.  
  • Supervises, trains, and coaches Collection Representatives and staff personnel.
  • Identifies strengths and opportunities of the Credit and Collection through reports analysis, call monitoring results, and coaching sessions.
  • Analyzes, compiles, and presents overview of individual and team performance to Senior Management on a monthly basis.
  • Delivers results within acceptable levels of delinquency by reviewing daily strategy and makes recommendations for immediate or future changes.
  • Creates and maintains a high level of morale by ensuring that the company goals are clearly communicated, demonstrating how each employee’s role makes for a vital contribution, and highlighting the successes of the individuals, the team, and the department as a whole.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Management/Marketing/Finance or Financial services and/or banking experience preferred.
  • With 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a motorcycle, consumer or retail industry is an advantage.
  • Exemplify exceptional communication and people skills 
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Prior supervisor responsibility 
  • Very detail-oriented 
  • Ability to work independently 
  • Good time-management skills
  • Willing to travel and do field work.
  • With valid driver’s license.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
