CME Manager
National Capital Reg - Taguig City

Responsibilities:

  1. Plans, organizes and implements medical education activities and society-initiated events supporting specific product portfolio.
  2. Develops and maintains advisory board and pool of speakers and KOLs for keybrands through active and continuous selection.
  3. Develops and researches on potential topics for CME materials / modules / campaigns related to brand strategy, in coordination with medical department and regional counterparts.
  4. Regular coordinates with key medical societies to build new allies and strengthen current alliance.
  5. Recommends extent of participation in local and international conventions.
  6. Conceptualizes and develops CME materials and communication campaigns aligned with brand / marketing strategies and directions.
  7. Ensures proper and timely implementation of CME programs; ensure timely coordination and feedback from HCPs, medical representatives and marketing for continuous program improvement.
  8. Ensures timely distribution and cascade of CME and campaign materials and regular evaluation of its effectiveness thru continuous coordination and feedback from HCPs, Medreps and marketing.
  9. Evaluates and monitors CME implementation.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the pharmaceutical industry; with previous experience as a Medical Representative or a District Manager.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive, can working individually and in teams.
