In 1959,  when a group of FIlipino enterpreneurs took over , the company began importing and wholesaling pharmaceutical products. In 1989, with the prices of medical and pharmaceutical products soaring, the company decided to sell generic drugs primarily to gov't hospitals to help less priviliged Filipinos avail affordable quality medicines. Heeding the call for cheaper medicine, the company stepped up its distribution by opening its retail arm in 2001. In 2007, THEGENERICSPHARMACY tapped Francorp, the world leader in franchising, to engineer its franchise development and growth. The goal is to make affordable generic medicine more available to a greater number of the population at the soonest possible time. It thus became the first generics retail pharmacy to franchise in the Philippines.

Franchising Operation Manager

The Franchising Operation Manager shall serve as the main strategist to understand, interpret and evaluate industry Franchising Trends particularly in Drug Store Chain Franchising Operation that would head start in seeking opportunities to lead TGP Pharma Inc. and it's stakeholder, in differrentiating TGP Franchising Program in terms of the following:
  • Business Process focused on Customer Care
  • Retail Marketing
  • Inventory Management
  • Human Resource In-Store Training
  • Store Management
  • Operational and Franchisee Compliance Audit


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): inspirational &leadership, judgement &decision making, Managing & Developing Others.
  • At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
