ADMIN ASSISTANT
Pasig City (National Capital Reg) - Ortigas Center, Pasig City

Responsibilities:

  • Collates sales report from branches.
  • Prepares sales report on a monthly basis.
  • Prepares sales reports for all motorcycle suppliers.
  • Consolidates branch reports on a daily basis and reports it to management.
  • Reports to sales managers and supervisors any problems encountered.
  • Ensures cleanliness of area.
  • Abides with the set rules and regulations of the company.
  • Performs any other tasks as may be required.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Secretarial or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word.
  • Required language(s): English, Filipino
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Center,Pasig City.
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
