Jollibee Worldwide Services (JWS) is the shared
services arm of Jollibee Group of Companies,
providing both Finance & Accounting and HR Services
to its Business Units.

JWS is also the central hub for Recruitment and
Staffing of all of the business units which includes
Jollibee, Chowking, Greenwich & Red Ribbon.

We are currently hiring dynamic individuals who can be
part of our growing organization:

Recruitment Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment Specialist
 
  • Ensures end to end recruitment process
  • Receives pool of candidates in response to hiring requirement endorsed by Team Leader
  • Conducts sourcing or creates sourcing strategies for manpower requirements endorsed by the Team Leader
  • Coordinates with the Staffing Team Leader or requestors to understand clearly the profile, job specification and requirements submitted
  • Endorses to TESTING group candidates for examination
  • Coordinates with TESTING group for results of examination
  • Endorses candidates in response to manpower requirement of each brands
  • Assesses walk-in candidates, referrals and internal applicants interested to apply with Jollibee Group
  • Conducts detailed paper review of resume and evaluate key competencies against the hiring requirement
  • Conducts initial phone screening to validate information in the resume and confirms testing/interview schedule to pre-screened candidates
  • Analyzes examination results and determine qualifications of candidates
  • Conducts Targeted Selection interview to pre-screened candidates using the Success Profiles set by the company
  • Prepares assessment reportsfor endorsed candidates
  • Notifies candidates who were not short-listed by brand by sending Regret Notice/Letter
  • Ensures continuous processing of applicants pooling of candidates to support potential/future manpower requirement of each brand
  • Conducts reference check and school verification process.
  • Notifies identified candidate of completion of pre-employment requirements and ensures its completion
  • Submits timely reportsas required by the Service Leader/ Team Leader
  • Ensures familiarity with operational processes of other Staffing Services group
  • Conducts job fair/ other recruitment activities (academic linkages)

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Preferably graduate of Psychology or any Behavioral Science Courses
  • Actual work exposure in end to end Staffing/ Recruitment porcess for at least 1 - 2 years
  • Exposure in Account Management  is an advantage
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills;
  • Knowledgeable in interviewing and selection techniques
  • Computer Literate
  • Has good decision making skills
