Summary of Accountabilities:
Responsible for the efficient delivery of the Bank's products and services through effective management if Branch Operations , Customer Services, Staff and resources and ensure compliance to policies and procedure encashment, etc.


Qualifications and Competencies:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • With at least 5 years of branch banking experience
  • Computer literate, and can operate the usual office machines
  • With good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fast learner, able to work under pressure, willing to work beyond regular office hours, flexible, customer–oriented and control–oriented
  • Applicants must be willing to work in La Union.
  • Full-Time positions available.
