Fixed Asset Management Assistant (Contract) for Cebu Cebu (Cebu City) (Central Visayas) - Insular Life, Cebu Business Park
Receiving of all approved requested items (office supplies/assets)
Tagging and scanning of new deliviered goods / monitored assets
Issuance of items delivered to requestor or end users
Monitoring of assets, such as transfers, disposal, defective for replacement, etc. through Asset Management File to be consolidated daily
Maintains record of all issued asset/items whether consumable items, or capitalize expenses
Retrieving of procurement references of each items for transfer, and disposal for PEZA processing
Conducts inventory / spot-checking of assets of the company
Checking of accountabilities of resigning employees for clearance purposes
May be assigned to different TP sites as needed
Graduate of any 4-year course
Flexible and willing to extend long hours if needed
Proactive and fast learner
