Branch Management Trainee (Starmall Alabang)  - CIS Bayad Center, Inc.

Responsibilities


  • Apply sales techniques in order to promote brand awareness and to increase sales.
  • Prepare the annual budget for the branch in collaboration with the Branch Operations Section Head.
  • Check and validate the Cash Remittances and Daily Sales Report prepared by Tellers.
  • Ensure branch compliance to Leasing policies, Government requirements and Biller standard operating procedures. Administration of Check Requests, Company owned branch grand opening requirements and preparation of reports (profit & loss, volume, collection, etc.)

Requirements


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • good oral and written communications skills
  • Prefers to work in a team
  • Willing to do field work
  • Results-oriented.
  • Computer Literate.
  • with sales and marketing skills.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Starmall Alabang/Metropolis.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Must attached recent photo.
