Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain effective hard and soft copy filing systems
  • Understand and follow the organisation's administration policies
  • Address all enquiries from customers profesionally and accurately
  • Record and distribute incoming messages and deal with telephone enquiries
  • Review team corespondence, records and reports to select routine matters for processing
  • Opening and distributing mail
  • Typing and corresponding and data entry

Requirements


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
  • Basic knowledge of administrative processes
  • Computer literacy with basic PC and administration skills
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Netcube 3rd Ave.,cor. 30th St.,BGC,Taguig City.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • 2 Full-Time position(s) available.
