- Develop and maintain effective hard and soft copy filing systems
- Understand and follow the organisation's administration policies
- Address all enquiries from customers profesionally and accurately
- Record and distribute incoming messages and deal with telephone enquiries
- Review team corespondence, records and reports to select routine matters for processing
- Opening and distributing mail
- Typing and corresponding and data entry
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
- Basic knowledge of administrative processes
- Computer literacy with basic PC and administration skills
- Required language(s): English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
