Strategy Research Assistant

  • The Strategy Research Assistant assists the company exceed its revenue and profit
  • objectives through diligent data research on the internet, and data entry into predefined
  • reports to assist other departments in the company convert leads into new clients and to
  • help retain existing clients.

  • Assist the Account Managers in gathering data for the research of keywords to
  • target for prospects or leads
  • Provide assistance to the Account Management Department in the research and
  • gathering of data for new process, procedures and special cases
  • Data entry tasks to support keyword research for clients and leads
  • Running of softwares and/or tools for report generation
  • Admin tasks delegated by the Account Managers for efficiency in report
  • generation and strategy formulation.

  • Achieve relevant objectives/KPI's as outlined by direct manager.
  • To work within and promote all QL Pty Ltd's policies, procedures and
  • corporate values.
  • To be aware of QL Pty Ltd's policies, practices and procedures and actively
  • participate in the ongoing development and enhancement of these important
  • areas of our business.
  • Undertaking project work or reasonable duties as requested by the direct
  • manager.

  • Ensure that research and data required for all strategy plans/proposals are of
  • high standards and will meet and even exceed expectation
  • Abide by QL Pty Ltd's keyword research methodology and guidelines to assist
  • the Account Managers complete the strategy recommendation
  • Ensure all assigned tasks are completed in line with QL Pty Ltd standards by
  • the due date and time
  • Be self-managed and highly organised across all tasks and activities assigned
  • Ensure that all work is done with an extremely high attention to detail
  • Must be diligent in producing high quality output even if dealing with repetitive
  • admin tasks.
