Responsibilities


  • Executes C.A.R.E.S. (Convenient,Affordable,Reliable,Environment-Friendly and Service Oriented) Programs in all stations
  • Leads and motivates the Head Crew and Service Crew members to provide excellent customer service
  • Ensures cleanliness and safety of the station areas, equipment, and parts
  • Leads and motivates the Head Crew and Service Crew members in up-selling and cross-selling strategies in order to boost product volume
  • Monitors compliance with SEAOIL Basic Operations and Standard Manual (BOSM) policies and procedures
  • Performs administrative duties that will improve operational effectiveness
  • Performs other functions that maybe assigned from time to time

Requirements


  • Graduate of any four-year course
  • Previous experience from any customer-oriented organization is an advantage but not required
  • Must be service-oriented, people-oriented, and results-oriented
  • Must be efficient, decisive, and competitive
  • Has the ability to lead a team
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Willing to work at a Service Station
  • Willing to learn
  • Willing to undergo training
  • Wants to have a headsup in his/her career
  • Wants to be part of an established Filipino-owned company
