Customer Service Representative
- Handles customer questions, complaints, and billing inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.
- Complete call logs and reports.
- Meet required metrics or service level required by clients.
- Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
- Recommend process improvements.
- Provides a high-level of professional, competent service assistance.
- Identifies customer requirements and routes them to the correct sales or technical.
- Specialist (based on product specialty)
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Windows.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City.
- No work experience required.
