Responsibilities


  • Handles customer questions, complaints, and billing inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.
  • Complete call logs and reports.
  • Meet required metrics or service level required by clients.
  • Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
  • Recommend process improvements.
  • Provides a high-level of professional, competent service assistance.
  • Identifies customer requirements and routes them to the correct sales or technical.
  • Specialist (based on product specialty)

Requirements


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Windows.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City.
  • No work experience required.
  • 20 Full-Time and Part-Time position available.
