Responsibilities


 
As a Sales Expert you will work for the number one comparison service in Australia. The client's website empowers consumers to do their own research and compare different products and services - from broadband to phones, electricity to insurance and more! Not only does the free service save people money, but it also provides important information like contract terms, features and benefits, technical specs and after-sales service.

This progressive sales role will see you responsible for the acquisition of new customers as you take / make calls, maximize sales opportunities and provide comprehensive comparisons to save people money.

This unique role is ideally suited for people who LOVE sales and thrive under pressure. Successful candidates will have the proven ability to build rapport, identify customer needs, overcome objections and provide excellent customer service. Consideration will be given to candidates who have experience with Australian customers.
 
Key Results Areas
  • Convert sales from a variety of lead types and maximize sales conversion
  • Engage in consultative selling
  • Achieve set performance metrics
  • Participate in regular training and coaching sessions
  • Report directly to Team Leader

Requirements


 
  • Completed at least 2 years of College / Tertiary education
  • Minimum of 1 year previous sales experience in a BPO / Call Center setting is REQUIRED (inbound / outbound sales OR cross-selling)
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
  • Advanced customer service and rapport building skills
  • Experience working with an Australian campaign (preferred but not required)
  • Applicants must be willing to work in a Day Shift schedule at the Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City
