ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (HEAD OFFICE)
The role of the OD Manager is to review, study and plan human resources programs and initiatives that impact on the overall performance of the Human Resources Division and organization. Its objective is to provide processes and procedures in all facets of Human Resource Management with continuous coordination and collaboration with other HR Managers on devising programs and preparing plans in areas on recruitment and staffing, compensation and benefits, personnel and labor relations, organizational development, training, performance management and other related human resource functions in order to ensure that the HR organizations provides quality services to the entire organization within the limits provided by corporate guidelines, local ordinances and the Labor Laws or Code of the country.
- Candidate must be at least a Bachelor’s Degree holder of any of the following: Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or any related field.
- At least ten (10) years Managerial experiencein all areas of personnel administration and technical expertise all aspects of Human Resource Management.
- Candidates must be willing to be assigned in the Head Office, Pasay City.
